We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our primary care family. The Medical Assistant will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting daily clinical operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and their families, addressing inquiries and concerns.

- Obtain and record patient vital signs, medical history, and symptoms

- Educate patients on treatment plans, medication instructions, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other clinical tasks
- Ensure exam rooms are stocked, cleaned, and properly set up for patient visits
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist in basic life support and ensure patient comfort during examinations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in various settings, including outpatient and urgent care environments.
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our primary care team. Schedule: full-time or part-time hours available
Office Hours: Monday-Thursday: 7 am to 5 pm with an hour lunch break from 12-1 pm and Friday: 7 am to noon
