HubSpot CRM Administrator

WinChoice USA is looking for HubSpot CRM Administrator to work on-site in our Mountain Pine, Arkansas offices. The HubSpot CRM Administrator will be responsible for all front-line support of our HubSpot CRM to our team. The administrator will own all projects related to updates or changes to HubSpot and implement and support our tools that integrate with HubSpot. The company is our IT team’s customer, and we strive to provide first-class service to our team.

Your day to day will include:

Lead all projects related to changes to fields, objects, and workflows within HubSpot.

Support the implementation of integrations for other SaaS platforms with HubSpot

Provide user support for all service tickets related to HubSpot or integrated tools.

Support in building reports for the company

Data research and analysis on our HubSpot objects

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

2 years as a HubSpot admin in a company of at least 50 employees

Certifications for the major Hubs: Marketing, Sales, Service

Experience in developing complex workflows in HubSpot

Experience in configuring, managing, and resolving issues related to standard integrations with HubSpot.

Great customer service skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks that may be asked of you

Detail oriented and deadline driven

Adaptable and a fast learner

What will make you stand out

Experience in managing a B2C HubSpot instance

Experience in developing custom workflow actions in either Node.js or Python

Experience in building custom CRM components and extensions

Experience in working with integration tools like Zapier

Salary Range: 60000 – 75000k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
