Role Overview :
As a HubSpot Specialist, you will be the go-to expert in managing and optimizing HubSpot for both our marketing and sales teams. This role involves setting up, executing, and analyzing campaigns within HubSpot while ensuring it integrates effectively with our broader technology stack. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to streamline workflows, generate actionable insights, and maximize lead engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- HubSpot Management : Configure, maintain, and optimize the HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Campaign Execution : Plan, build, and manage marketing campaigns, including email and lead nurturing workflows.
- Lead Nurturing : Develop automated workflows to nurture leads through the sales funnel and boost conversion rates.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Track campaign metrics, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
- Team Support & Training : Train and support team members on HubSpot best practices to ensure they leverage the platform effectively.
- Integration Management : Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other tools, such as CRMs, email platforms, and analytics tools.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization : Proactively identify and resolve any HubSpot-related issues to maintain data accuracy and platform efficiency.
