Location: WinChoice USA – Mountain Pine, AR
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay: $18.00/hour (Full-Time) Bonus Eligibility After 90 Days
WinChoice USA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Installation Division. This role is vital to the success of our operations, managing each step of our window installation projects—from customer coordination to scheduling and window ordering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee active installation projects from start to finish
- Communicate with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate schedules with installers and ensure timely job completion
- Order windows and track deliveries for each assigned project
- Work closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth project flow
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally to avoid delays
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience or knowledge in windows and installations strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Proficiency with scheduling and basic computer software
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
