Job Summary:
As a Referral Generator, you will play a key role in connecting potential customers to our services by building relationships and encouraging referrals. This position is ideal for people who enjoy engaging with others and are excited about the opportunity to earn between $800 and $1,500 weekly through outreach and networking.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers and community members to generate referrals for our products and services.
- Educate potential customers about the value of WinChoice USA’s offerings.
- Establish and maintain a professional network that encourages ongoing referrals.
- Track and report referral activities, successes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Meet or exceed referral goals as set by management.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable engaging with new people and building relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
