Position Summary
The Senior Clinical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the clinical performance of teams within Assisted Living and Memory Care at Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living.
This role requires a strong leader with clinical expertise and operational acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and providing clinical oversight and care to residents
- Collaborating with the Assisted Living Manager on resident admissions, assessments, and ongoing care planning
- Ensuring compliance with state, local, and company policies and regulations
The successful candidate will possess a current RN license, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Home Health, Assisted Living, or Memory Care setting, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
