Position Summary:
WETT is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to join our HR/Administration team. This role will primarily support the CEO and report directly to the SVP of Administration and Human Resources. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient operations, seamless communication, and professional representation of the company both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and SVP of Administration and HR.
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
- Communications & Branding:
- Draft, edit, and proofread written communications, presentations, and reports with a high level of professionalism.
- Assist with social media management and branding initiatives to promote WETT’s visibility and executive presence.
- Identify potential board, speaking engagement, and media opportunities for WETT leadership.
- Presentations & Reporting:
- Support the preparation of executive-level presentations, including board materials and PowerPoint slide decks.
- Assist with budget preparation and coordination with the HR/Administration team.
- Team & Event Support:
- Serve as a backup to the Office Manager, assisting with the planning and execution of corporate events and activities.
- Collaborate with the HR/Administration team on internal initiatives, employee engagement efforts, and cross-functional projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong PowerPoint and Outlook calendar management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with social media and branding strategies, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
- Event planning or corporate communications experience is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX.
