Acting under the direction of the Community Association Team Leader. provide administrative support and management services to Community Associations throughout Whatcom and Kittitas Counties.
Skills and Duties of an Administrative Assistant
Administrative
· Answer incoming phone calls
· Assist clients with registration/online owner portal
· Handle incoming and outgoing scan and upload documents
· Schedule and send out notices for Board Meetings
· Processing resale and questionnaire payments
Correspondence
· Type minutes, letters and memos
· Email correspondence to owners
· Create documents for tracking various items, signs and special notices.
· Maintain association databases
· Assist with sending out communication to homeowners
Basic Qualifications
· Able to do a LOT of basic computing
· Flexibility with technology and new programs
· Self-Motivated
· High School education minimum
· Strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
