Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of property management, ensuring efficient and effective support to both tenants and property managers, perform 'move-out' inspections when a tenant vacates a property and renewal inspections. Must be organized, strong attention to detail, savvy with technology, excellent communication skills, and able to drive to properties.
## Duties
- Renewal Inspections
- Move-in inspections
- Move-out inspections
- Assist in showing properties to prospective tenants
## Experience
- Understanding of property management practices and procedures
- Experience in conflict management and resolving tenant issues effectively
- Proficiency in administrative tasks with excellent organizational skills
- Sales experience is a plus for promoting available properties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
