Summary
We are seeking an Periodic Review Administrator to join our dynamic team at Windermere Property Management/Lori Gill & Associates. The Periodic Review Administrator contributes to the growth and success of Windermere Property Management / Lori Gill & Associates (WPM/LGA) by providing administrative support and customer service to internal and external contacts. This role is part of the Residential Operations team and supports a range of team functions.
Basic Function
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the property management portfolio. Support property managers and external clients/customers through completing property reviews related to organization, communication ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality completion of activities. Basic administrative duties including, but not limited to; file/record management including scanning, uploading, and filing, walking properties, photographing properties current condition, clear communication with property managers, and detailed reporting of findings.
Responsibilities
- Schedule Periodic Inspections with tenants at managed properties on rotating monthly basis.
- Inform Property Managers of scheduled inspection times/dates.
- Obtain property keys from Property Managers ahead of scheduled property visits.
- Perform physical Periodic Inspections at managed properties, complete inspection checklists and take pictures.
- Report back to Property Managers within 48 hours the results of inspections performed.
- Utilize company software systems such as Rent Manager and MS Office products.
- Attend required team meetings such as bi-monthly Agent meetings
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assist with projects as required
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education and Experience
- High School diploma
- 1-4 years of experience or equivalent general office experience
- Real Estate experience preferred

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to perform those activities to complete the essential functions of the job, either with or without reasonable accommodation. Incumbents spend the major part of the workday exchanging information verbally and in writing via telephone, email or other electronic methods.
