What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Manager position at Windermere Real Estate?
Windermere Summit, a virtual brokerage, is offering a unique opportunity to gain access to Snohomish Windermere offices. The goal is to give agents unified access to more education, training, and business opportunities to kick-start their business rapidly. Agents will receive in-depth coaching that comes with high accountability. Windemere Summit is a launch pad for successful agents, with the end goal of placing them in an office of their choice within two years.
Windermere Summit currently has approximately 50 newly licensed agents and adds 10-15 every 60 days, per cohort.
Windermere Summit Snohomish is looking for a high-performing Branch Manager, that has experience in building a team, managing them remotely, and that has a history of winning. The systems and processes have been built. This position has unlimited earning potential, as well as big career advancements.
Requirements
Leadership Responsibilities
Remotely manage, and coach newer agents into productive brokers within an 18-month timeframe.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, support, and teamwork where all individuals can thrive in a virtual/remote environment.
Practice company selling techniques at the branch and company level and encourage broker adoption.
Use clear communication to set expectations, while using systems and processes to get agents into production as quickly as possible.
Perform annual/quarterly/monthly/weekly accountable sessions as needed to improve performance.
Monitor and improve virtual branch performance engaging, educating, and supporting team members as often as possible.
Track, Report, Improve, Repeat: key metrics, coaching notes, branch meeting notes, market update notes.
Host classes around the greater Seattle area, at partnering offices
Ability to travel 3 times a week

Participate in onboarding, orientation, and transition of new recruits, while setting them up for success.
