Responsibilities- Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and terms
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values
- Provide guidance on promoting properties effectively to attract advantageous offers
- Promote sales through various channels, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Minimum age of 18
