Windermere Real Estate/East, Inc. is looking for the right individual to join a small front office support team that loves where they work, is dynamic, smart, creative, friendly, customer service oriented, energetic, fun, and loves providing the best administrative support to a highly successful and productive group of brokers. At least one year office admin experience preferred. Position does not require real estate license.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to everyone you work with, delivery drivers, guests, brokers, managers, and other office team members. Ensuring a positive experience throughout any interaction.
- Office Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for brokers, answering questions, providing updates on processes, events and calendars. Maintain regular communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Maintaining kitchen, ordering supplies, making coffee, etc.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to real estate brokers and assistants, including answering phones and directing callers to the appropriate personnel or answering questions, greeting and directing visitors and clients as needed and scheduling conference room reservations.
- Listing Management: Assist with the listing process, including entering new properties into the northwest multiple listing service (NWMLS), creating marketing materials (flyers, brochures, postcards, etc), setting up showing scheduler, uploading supporting documents, and updating listing information as needed
- Transaction Coordination: Manage the administrative aspects of real estate transactions, including electronically filing contracts, and additional documents. Verify all paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Marketing Assistance: Assist with both print and digital marketing efforts, including creating home and broker self-marketing materials, generating social media content, and providing templated material for broker use.
- Problem Solving: Assist with resolving any issues or challenges that arise.
- Training and Education: Provide guidance and support to staff team and brokers, assisting with training and classes both one-on-one or group training as needed.
- Technology Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology tools and software, including NWMLS platforms, CRM systems, document management software, digital marketing tools and office equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot as needed. Assisting brokers with setting up email and contacts on phones, iPads, and personal computers.
- Event Coordination: Assist with organizing and coordinating office events such as holiday parties, lunch & learns, and networking functions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,760.00 - $50,000.00 per year
