Responsibilities
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability

- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- MS Office familiarity
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
