Windermere Signature Properties, formerly Lyon Real Estate, the leading independent real estate brokerage company serving the Greater Sacramento Region for over 75 years, is looking for an experienced Onsite Resident Manager to join our Property Management team. This is a part-time position living onsite at the property in Davis working up approximately 25 hours per week paid an hourly wage plus any overtime as needed. Onsite Resident Manager is responsible for paying for a portion of the rent.
Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Perform daily/evening inspections of the property buildings and grounds for an apartment complex in Davis. This includes walking the grounds and monitoring balconies, patios, driveways, stairs, walkways, laundry room and other common areas for cleanliness and report maintenance issues.
- Perform daily inspections of the trash area and contact management if a pickup needs to be scheduled.
- Respond to leads, meet potential tenants, show the property, perform move-in duties.
- Record and maintain tenant vehicle registration log. Report to management any vehicles without parking decals or parking in an unauthorized space or prohibited areas.
- Perform lock out services. Serving late notices and 3-day notices.
- Perform occasional unit inspections when a maintenance call is reported.
- Light maintenance tasks required i.e. replacing light bulbs/filters, changing locks.
- Open units for vendors as directed by the Property Manager.
- Act as the 24/7 point of contact for tenants. Keep a daily log of tenant communications.
- Communicate and interact with tenants and vendors in a courteous, professional manner. Respond in timely to requests.
- Enforcing apartment community rules.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED certificate
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an onsite residential property manager or previous experience in a residential property management or onsite maintenance role
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws preferred
- Proficient with Gmail and Google Suite
- Experience using Appfolio software a plus
- Possess good customer service, communication and organizational skills
- Spanish speaking preferred
Salary : $20 - $23
