Successful, established, and busy South Whidbey property management company is seeking to hire a part-time Administrative Assistant. The position requires professional office experience, a can-do positive attitude and resourcefulness, an ability to work well in an office team environment, strong organizational skills including time management and strategic planning, excellent attention to details and a strong emphasis on both verbal and written communication skills, moderate (or better) Microsoft Outlook experience is ideal.
Duties will include answering phones, interfacing with clients and vendors, scheduling appointments, conflict resolution, data entry and filing.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 – 2:30
