**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. The Meat Cutter will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and packaging various types of meat products in accordance with food safety standards.
**Duties:**
- Use knives and other cutting equipment to trim, cut, slice, and grind meat products
- Package and label meat products for display and sale
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all meat products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cutting area
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and fulfilling customer requests
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in food production, specifically meat cutting
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to use knives and other cutting tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality
- Customer service skills to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
