Central Elementary School and Westminster Center School are seeking special education paraeducators with experience working with students who have academic and social skill challenges. These positions will provide in and out of classroom support and intervention to special education students. The paraeducators will work with special educators, classroom teachers and related service providers to balance inclusive instruction with specialized intervention and support. Candidates must have the ability to use educational technology, proficiency with the Google platform, possess excellent communication skills and a positive and flexible attitude. Knowledge of positive behavior support practices and trauma-informed practices is preferred. This position requires two years of post-secondary education and follows the WNESU school calendar.
