Windom Area Health is seeking a Patient Access Representative to join our team in Windom, MN. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth registration process.
Patient Access Representative - Registration
Pay Range : $17.80 - $24.04 per hour
Full Time : Mostly weekday hours
Location : Windom, MN

Windom Area Health has an opening for a Patient Access Representative (1.0 FTE) to provide excellent customer service to patients. Primary roles include registering patients, following up on patient information, pre-registering, scheduling patient visits, tests and procedures, and registration desk coverage. Applicants must have a high school diploma. Previous experience in a health care setting is required, or the equivalent in a medical related degree. Mostly weekday hours, but may include some evenings / weekends.
