Warranty/Service Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Submit warranty and service requests to our various vendors on behalf of our customers.
- Following at tracking of service/warranty requests.
- Ordering replacement parts for customers from our various window and door vendors.
- Managing parts inventory.
- Answering the phone.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of how to use a computer. All our warranty systems are processed online.
- Basic understanding of the "anatomy" of windows and doors.
- High school diploma or equivlent.
- Some light lifting may be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $1.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
Work Location: In person
