Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attending appointments with clients to discuss needs and take measurements. Then you will get manufacturer pricing, create a quote and send it to the customer. Outside Sales Reps are expected to follow up on all leads regularly and maintain a 60% close rate.
Duties
- Attend client appointments and use the window kit and tablet we provide as presentations. Take measurements and establish what is needed to do the job.
- Generate estimates and description of job.
- Follow up regularly on all leads.
- Meet clients in our showroom.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.
Requirements
- 3 or more years experience in outside sales with knowledge in window and door installation.
- Familiarity with technology sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and effective negotiation skills.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel within the assigned territory.
