Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join our growing team. This key role will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to our online presence. This is a hybrid position but candidates must live in Cherry Hill or surrounding area.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
- Promptly answer all incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries via email and other channels.
- Efficiently qualify leads and schedule appointments with potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content, including photos, videos, and blog posts, to showcase our services and build brand awareness.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with general office administration tasks, such as scheduling, filing, and data entry.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), GDrive, and other relevant software.
- Experience with social media management and content creation (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
