Vitality Bowls Shift Leader Job Description :

Lead the team on daily operations, ensuring food is made accurately and in a timely manner.

Display a thorough knowledge of our recipes and communicate effectively with other staff.

Provide excellent customer service when processing orders at the point-of-sale, taking phone orders, and inputting third-party delivery orders.

Assist dissatisfied customers and ensure all customers are leaving happy.

Communicate with manager / owner on inventory status and employee performance.

Job Type : Full-time / Part-time available

Pay : From $20.00 - $22 per hour

Requirements :

Become food certified.

Must be able to handle a basic computer, POS system; handling cash and credit cards.

Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly, and have a sense of urgency.

Leadership abilities.

Must be able to lead the team on shift and ensure team is taking breaks and following store policies during shift.

Develop a good understanding of each ingredient’s nutritional values.

Deliver a perfect meal item every time.
