Salary: $15.00 -$16.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain communication with our customers via phone, email, etc.
- Order all materials and parts required to complete job
- Data entry & record maintenance in our CRM program
- Collaborate with the other locations to obtain new contracts sold
- Coordinate with supplier to set delivery date of products
- Coordinate schedule between customers and installers
- Ensure paperwork is complete and correct before giving to installers
- Work closely with department team
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills required
- Pleasant personality with energetic spirit
- Problem solving mindset to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining company standards
- Prior customer service experience is essential
- Prior data entry skills are preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Work well with others
