About the Role:
The Post Sales Service Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty after the sale of construction products and services. This position is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to enhance the overall customer experience. The associate will collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery, contributing to the company's reputation for excellence. By maintaining strong relationships with clients, the associate will help identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. Ultimately, this role is vital in driving customer retention and fostering long-term partnerships within the construction industry.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Customer Service experience
- Experience in the construction industry or knowledge of construction products.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
- Knowledge of AS400 systems a plus
- Advanced use of MS Office programs
Responsibilities:
- Provides the highest quality of customer service to WindowRama customers via phone and email
- Schedules service appointments for all WindowRama service technicians
- Acts as liaison between WindowRama customers, service technicians, and manufacturers
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to post-sales issues.
- Confirms resolution as related to customer orders to all assigned service-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in the CRM system.
- Completes reports and other tasks and assignments as required

Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Assist in the development of service improvement initiatives based on customer feedback.
