Windows Plus is searching for an Inside Sales Representative to join our call center team to help homeowners create the home of their dreams. You will lead callers through a detailed script, assessing their interest and getting them excited for their new replacement windows, doors, bathroom, and Kitchen Cabinet project. By the time you get off the phone, you’ll have made a new friend and left them eager about the appointment you’ve just set for them.

Primary Job Functions
- Achieves a high volume of outbound marketing calls
- Turn marketing calls into qualified leads and successfully books appointments for our in-home sales team.
- Build effective relationships with potential clients in a brief time by using consultative qualifications and adapting the prescribed call script into personable voice.
- Identify and qualify opportunities for cross selling our home improvement services to clients.
- Speak positively and enthusiastically about the company, its products, and its services to ensure a professional and consistent brand image is presented at all times.
- Efficiently and courteously resolves objections by clarifying issues and exploring alternative solutions.
- Verify and update data in our Customer Management System to ensure accuracy and a smooth hand-off to the in-home sales team.
- Meet weekly qualitative and quantitative targets to achieve all objectives for service and productivity.
- Prompt communication with supervisor regarding any issue or notable event that occurs during a call.
- Adapt quickly to rapidly changing circumstances of Technology Systems.
Schedule Requirements:
27.5 hours per week
Monday through Friday: Either a 8:00am- 2:00pm shift OR 2:00pm-8:00pm (shift will be established prior to hire and will be the same shift regularly.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong listener with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to and navigate objections.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent: required
- Fluency in English language: required.
- Sales experience: 1 year required
- Telemarketing/Call Center experience: 1 year required, 2-3 years preferred
- Customer Service Experience: 1 year preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of time in a call center environment, sitting at a desk, entering data on a computer, and verbally communicating over the phone using a headset.
