Responsibilities:
- Perform door-to-door introductions of Windows Plus products and services to potential customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for Sales Representatives.
- Distribute flyers and educate neighbors about our services.
- Memorize and recite scripts, handle objections like a pro, and confidently answer customer questions.
- Occasionally visit customer installations and assist with additional tasks.
- Consistently meet and exceed our KPI standards.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of marketing and canvassing practices.
- Top-notch communication skills – Adaptable, persuasive, and confident in all interactions.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Outgoing, energetic personality – We’re looking for people who love talking to others!
- Ability to handle confidential information with care.
