Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the kitchen, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation and service.
2. Develop menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
3. Schedule and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
4. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
5. Order quality food and manage inventory effectively.

Please note that compensation is based on experience, and a travel stipend, room, and board are included.
