- Coordinate and oversee care plans for clients
- Provide direct support to individuals in need of assistance
- Assist with medication administration
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients

- Implement systems to track and monitor client progress
- Assist with lifting and transferring clients when necessary
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in dementia care, LTC, or caregiving
- Proficiency in medication administration
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Experience working in LTC/Assisted Living Community or direct support settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and assist clients as needed
