Available Shifts:
Full Time:
12-hour Night shift 6PM-6AM, 3 days a week - Sunday, Monday and Wednesday
On-Call: Flexibly pick up shifts based on your availability throughout the month
Key Responsibilities: Support residents with daily tasks and personal hygiene * Maintain a clean and organized living environment * Prepare and serve meals for residents * Ensure residents' safety and well-being during night hours * Create a positive and supportive environment for residents If you have a deep passion for making a significant impact in the lives of others, we welcome you to become part of the Winds of Change family!
$17 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and assess barriers that affect independent living or community living
- Address communication skills
- Identify and implement symptom management skills
- Develop social support systems
- Cleaning common areas
- Assist with medication distribution
- Adapt skills for home, work, education, vocation, leisure, and social activities
- Provide immediate crisis intervention; attend to the 24-hour crisis line
- Oversee the preparation of 3 nutritious meals per day
- Be responsible for following the transitional treatment plan developed by the manager
- Ability to maintain regular attendance
- Complete required documentation in a timely manner
- Education: Must have a High school diploma or GED
- Experience: No Experience necessary
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
