About the Opportunity
Welcomes visitors and answers incoming calls in a warm, pleasant, and professional manner. Maintains a clean and neat reception area, handles specific resident services and facility tasks as assigned and seeks administrative support as needed.

- Exhibits positive customer service that includes respectfulness, friendliness and willingness to assist others. Well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Displays personal initiative by completing work without constant supervision, by having reliable attendance and by addressing work-related problems with the proper individuals.
- Demonstrates communication skills that include careful listening, thoughtful responses, and accurate reporting to the appropriate people.
- Maintains / protects resident and staff confidentiality. Recognizes / respects residents’ rights.
- Demonstrates ability to discern the importance and urgency of events and follows through appropriately.
- Displays skills in operating and using office equipment, such as copier, fax machine, postage meter, etc.
