Description:
The Pool Attendant ensures the pool area is clean and orderly, delivering prompt and courteous service to guests.
- Walk through assigned areas regularly during shifts, replacing used towels, service trays, and glasses, and emptying trash bins.
- Set up and/or break down pool areas daily.
- Promptly remove trash and/or linens and note areas needing immediate cleaning.
- Keep pool showers, lockers, and bathrooms clean throughout shifts.
- Assist Pool Bartenders and Pool Servers as needed.
- Clean all pool areas thoroughly while following safety and security guidelines.
- Dispose of used towels and trash properly and restock clean towels.
- Ensure pool linens and supplies are stocked adequately.
- Report lost items, damages, or merchandise issues to supervisors or security promptly.
- Address guest requests, questions, and complaints courteously to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Supervisor on task priorities and offer assistance as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Work schedule may vary based on operational needs.
- Use effective communication tailored to diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
- Monitor slide safety and enforce usage rules as required for properties with slides.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
