The Windsor Court is seeking a Club Lounge Attendant to provide exceptional and personalized service to guests of The Club. As a Club Lounge Attendant, you will be our guests' first point of contact and will be responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional and personalized service to guests of The Club
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
- Experience in a hotel setting preferred
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
