Windsor is seeking a versatile, trend-focused Copywriter to join our brand team at our Corporate Headquarters in Santa Fe Springs, CA. Our new Copywriter is expected to do more than know how to use an em dash—they will be responsible for helping to reimagine and craft the Windsor voice for a new generation of trend-conscious fashionistas. This person should be highly creative, a proofing perfectionist, organized, collaborative, in tune with modern copywriting trends and passionate about all things fashion.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities :

Concept, write and proof compelling copy for all high volume marketing assets (email, site, social and print), as well as paid ads and some UX | UI projects
Shape the Windsor brand tone and voice in partnership with the Head of Brand and Art Director
Develop brand copy guidelines
Work collaboratively with designers to execute marketing campaigns and assets
Ensure that all copy is grammatically correct
Monitor performance and apply learnings / suggest improvements

Key Qualifications & Requirements :

Minimum of 4 years of copywriting experience, preferably in fashion

Experience writing for fashion brands, as well as some experience with UX writing

Up-to-date with Gen Z social trends, fashion trends and writing standards (title case vs sentence case, hyphenation, etc.); familiarity with AP style guidelines

Detail-oriented and confident in proofing their own work

Knowledgeable about fashion and passionate about current and upcoming fashion trends; able to translate trends into compelling copy that speaks to women 18–25 years old

Experience working on rebranding campaigns desired but not required

Experience using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides, as well as Figma and project management tools like Asana

Positive, respectful and self-motivated attitude

Ability to multi-task and collaborate with other team members, as well as to work independently

Interest or experience in using AI writing tools (Grammarly, ChatGBT, Gemini) to increase work output

Outstanding organizational / time-management skills

Degree in Marketing or Writing preferred

Demonstrated ability to increase brand engagement and profitability

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and ability to be flexible and agile

Physical / Environmental Demands and Overtime & Availability :

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to walk short distances. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or a small amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Adequate movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and / or fingers. Team members are required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as : preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
