Summary:
Support staff members must be able to demonstrate flexibility, patience, dependability, punctuality, enthusiasm, empathy, calmness, helpfulness and an unbiased perspective. Support staff members should also be team-players with a supportive, ethical approach, and should also be able to communicate effectively with others, while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Basic computer skills
Being able to work with a variety of students with different skill levels
Have an understanding of academic and social-emotional needs
Adaptability to meet the needs of students and the school environment
This position requires one to further their level of professional growth by attending professional development, such as workshops and/or courses.
Interest, willingness, and/or experience integrating and advancing practices of diversity, equity and inclusion
