Overview
As a Sample Technician at WindsorONE, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the creation, organization, and distribution of high-quality product samples to support our sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Your role will involve precision craftsmanship, attention to detail, and proactive organization to maintain the sample room as an efficient and inspiring hub for showcasing WindsorONE's premium wood products.
Key Responsibilities
- Sample Creation - Cut, assemble, and prepare product samples to meet specific design requirements and quality standards.
- Inventory Management - Monitor and maintain inventory levels of sample materials and finished products, ensuring availability and accurate records.
- Package and ship sample requests for clients, distributors, and team members in a timely manner.
- Quality Assurance - Inspect all samples for quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary to align with WindsorONE's standards.
- Collaboration - Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to fulfill sample needs and support promotional efforts.
- Sample Room Maintenance - Keep the workspace clean, organized, and optimized for workflow efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience with woodworking tools or similar equipment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to work with precision.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with shipping processes and inventory systems is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
