Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate accounting and financial analysis. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.

Duties

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to support business decisions and identify trends.
• Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee the preparation of reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Utilize accounting software, including QuickBooks and ADP, for efficient financial management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on financial concepts and performance metrics.
• Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts to guide organizational planning.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role
• Familiarity with ADP and QuickBooks preferred
• Proven experience in corporate accounting or a similar role, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent understanding of debits, credits, and balance sheet reconciliation processes.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all work
