We are currently seeking a sharp and passionate marketing admin to help execute our company’s marketing strategy. THE MISSION:
To organize, implement and help report on the company’s marketing plan, campaigns and assets so that maximum results and a positive ROI are achieved.

1. To ensure all marketing campaigns are implemented fully and correctly.
2. Implement and maintain an accurate reporting system for the KPIs and performance of all marketing campaigns
3. To maintain 90% accuracy of the company’s CRM database.
Key Objectives of the Role:
1. Marketing Support & Execution
a. Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including digital, email, and social media marketing.
b. Support content creation, proofreading, and editing marketing materials.
c. Ensure consistency in branding across all channels.
2. Administrative Efficiency
a. Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, and email lists.
b. Organize and track marketing projects and deadlines.
c. Assist with reporting and analytics to measure campaign success.
3. Customer & Lead Engagement
a. Help manage social media accounts, including responding to comments/messages.
b. Coordinate follow-ups on marketing-generated leads.
c. Assist in event planning and execution.
4. Cross Department Coordination
a. Work with sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
b. Support vendor communications related to marketing materials, ads, and partnerships.
5. Process Optimization & Reporting
a. Improve marketing workflows to enhance efficiency.
b. Generate reports to track key marketing metrics.

· Monitor and assist with scheduling of client Strategy Business Reviews (SBR)
· Assemble and mailing marketing campaigns - prepare letters, postcards, newsletters, stuffing envelopes

· Answer incoming phone calls within 2 rings
· Learning and working with our CRM software
· To follow up on leads that have come in using the company’s lead follow-up process to qualify them, classify and route them to the right person, update their information in the CRM and ultimately schedule a consult where appropriate.
· To meticulously follow the company’s process, which includes tracking and reporting on key metrics, updating records appropriately, following scripts, etc.
· To call and confirm appointments to reduce no-shows.
· To assist in rescheduling clients who request to reschedule or cancel or who no-show for their appointment (consult).
· To update all records in the company’s CRM with accurate and complete information. This will include using the dialer to record calls, keeping good records of conversations in the record itself, updating the status of leads accurately, etc. NOTE: Tracking requirements may change based on the list used, offer made, changes to the follow-up process, etc.
· Assist in implementing weekly prospecting campaigns, both online and offline.
Skills Required:
- Deep understanding of the company’s target market, USP and products.
- Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and being highly organized. In this role, making sure all fields are updated correctly in the database is critical.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced skills with CRM, Word, Outlook, Publisher and Excel.
- Ability to properly format marketing communications, e-mails and sales letters.
- Ability to work under deadlines and on schedule.
- Ability to plan work so that it is completed on time.

The Marketing Administrative role ensures that Windstar Technologies marketing operations run smoothly, campaigns are effectively executed, and the company maintains a strong, consistent presence in the market—ultimately contributing to business growth and customer acquisition.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.90 - $24.00 per hour
