About the Role:
Windstream’s team of Facility Provisioners are vital team members who work with internal and external groups to ensure Windstream’s facility records are kept current with Windstream’s growing and evolving network. Our team of Facility Provisioners care about delivering new technology and connecting customers to products they value. Our Facility Provisioners work to ensure a great customer experience by supporting engineering, sales, and field operations,
What You’ll Do:
- Create the facility inventory in our systems using outside plant schematics.
- Reconcile work packages for issues and work with Engineering to resolve (Quality Assurance).
- Update the facility inventory in our systems as physical changes are made in our network and outside plant due to customer migrations, road moves, or other facility impacting jobs.
- Generate cut/groom information for splicers as network improvements occur.
- Support pre and post sales activities for Next Gen products.
- Research and identify root cause for qualification issues within our systems.
Do You Have?
- Associate Degree in a technical discipline and 2-3 years technical/telephony experience; or 4 years of directly related telephony experience, or an equivalent combination of education and directly related telephony experience.
