Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and creative individuals for the role of Character Dress Up. Duties
- Dress in character costumes and maintain the character's persona throughout events.
- Interact with guests, particularly children, through playful dialogue, games, and activities.
- Participate in photo opportunities, ensuring guests have memorable keepsakes from their experience.
- Attend scheduled events punctually and adhere to the event timeline.
- Assist in costume maintenance and ensure that costumes are clean and presentable.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to understand specific character roles and event expectations.
- Promote a positive atmosphere by engaging with guests in a friendly and approachable manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in performance arts, acting, or entertainment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage audiences of all ages.
- A background in child care or education can be beneficial for interacting with young audiences.
- Creativity and improvisational skills to enhance guest interactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
