Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using OpenTable or other ordering systems.
- Provide detailed menu information, including specials and recommendations, to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with attention to detail.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and quality of food presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and overall ambiance.
Experience
- Previous experience in a server role within fine dining or nightclub environments is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to foster positive guest relations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards is a plus.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable is advantageous but not required.
