THE TEAM
The International Programs (IP) Department provides technical and programmatic support to Wine To Water’s country offices, Emergency Response Program, and WASH Partners. The Data Coordinator will report to the International Programs Senior Manager, who is the lead of all monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities and supports IP operations.
JOB SUMMARY
The Data Coordinator will support the International Programs Senior Manager by executing the management, reporting, and learning of WTW’s international projects. The Data Coordinator will manage survey data and be responsible for updating projects so that program activity and impact is reported in a timely manner. The Data Coordinator will also support the International Programs Senior Manager with fulfilling impact reporting requests from the Marketing, Development, and Filter Build teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the utilization of WTW’s data management platform, mWater- Oversee data monitoring and cleanup
- Support with survey development and enumeration guidance
- Coordinate project schedules with IP staff
- Manage, update, and link surveys to mWater Projects
- Support project monitoring and reporting for WASH Partner program and Disaster Response program
- Support impact reporting for Marketing, Development, and Filter Build teams
- Obtain and manage impact stories from global offices
- Support in the research and development of Monitoring and Evaluation tools
- Other duties as assigned by the International Programs Senior Manager
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in International Development, Data Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Current understanding of the international global health agenda and the role of WASH in it and the intersection with other development priorities
- Experience in data management and analysis
- Team oriented and detail focused
