Winebrenner Capital Management is a growing SEC Registered Investment Adviser located in Louisville, KY. Our firm is unique in that we have a real estate division that specialized in real estate partnerships in which our clients can invest. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team to provide high level support for each department of our firm.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Winebrenner Capital Management LLC's office located in Louisville, Kentucky. The Administrative Assistant is a valuable team member and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the entire firm. For this role we are seeking someone who has the flexible nature to take on and manage multiple tasks across different departments. The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, has a good attitude, is a good team player, has attention to detail, and has the ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced office environment. Because this role supports all departments, the Administrative Assistant will be working on an array of non-recurring and recurring projects, many of which may involve Microsoft Excel.
Tasks Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Provide various administrative support to Executive Management, Compliance, Accounting, and Sales with both recurring and non-recurring tasks and projects
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
- Make outgoing calls to vendors and business partners
- Handle clerical and general administrative tasks
- Answer office phones and greet office visitors when needed
Qualifications:
- Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills proficiency
- Experience in office administration and providing executive support welcomed
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel
- Experience in the financial services or real estate industry is welcomed, but not required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Easily trainable and adaptable
- Team Player
Salary and Benefits
- Salary starting at $50,000, paid monthly

Schedule:
- Full-Time/40 hours
- Monday through Friday
- Hours of work for employees are 8:00am to 5:00pm with a one-hour break for lunch
