Job Title: Seasonal Customer Service Representative
Location: McMinnville or Napa
Job Type: Seasonal, Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Duration: 40 hours/ week February 10th – May 23rd, with the possibility of extension to a temporary position
Schedule: Flexible work schedule available if converted to a temporary position (hours can vary from a few hours per day to a few days per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to a specific group of client inquiries in a timely manner, meeting defined SLA targets.
- Manage, organize, and sort tickets in our ticketing platform.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet SLAs.
- Basic proficiency in using ticketing or customer service platforms (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a set but flexible schedule if extended to a temporary position.
Location Requirement: This position is open to candidates who can work onsite at one of our locations in Napa, CA and McMinnville, OR.
Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay.
Pay range $21.00 $23.00
