Winfield Security has successfully provided security services for over 45 years and is now a part of the Tarian Group of Security Companies. We are based in Midtown Manhattan and we provide unarmed Security Guard Services to a large variety of clients throughout New York City. Requirements :
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess and perform the following responsibilities :
- Offer friendly service to visitors.
- Both in-person and over the phone superior customer service.
- Managing switchboard regarding incoming calls, inquiries, directions, and call transfers.
- Maintain reception area organized and clean.
- Properly handle daily mailings, packages, etc. and distribute accordingly.
- Respond to all security-related calls and alarms promptly.
- Dispatch security personnel to various locations within the organization.
- Communicate and collaborate with management regarding scheduling concerns, breaches, and incidents.
- Monitor and prevent any overtime unless authorized by management.
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents and entry logs.
- Conduct roll call when necessary.
- Ability to interact with various social and cultural backgrounds.
