Freelance Aircraft maintenance Instructor

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Freelancer Aircraft Maintenance Instructor whit experience in Embraer 135/145 Legacy 600/650 to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality training in line with FAA/EASA regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring that trainees gain the necessary skills and knowledge for effective aircraft maintenance

Duties

• Develop and deliver theoretical and/or practical training programs for Embraer 135/145 & Legacy 600/650 maintenance personnel.
• Know how Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct type theoretical and practical training sessions, including General Familiarization, Line & Base Maintenance, and Troubleshooting
• Assess trainees’ progress through examinations, practical evaluations, and competency assessments.
• Develop and update training manuals, presentations, and course materials to align with current regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with team members in a classroom setting for ongoing training and skill development.
• Collaborate with airline operators, MROs, and aviation authorities to ensure training effectiveness and continuous improvement..
• Deliver training in USA and worldwide

Requirements

• Proven Aviation Maintenance experience on Embraer 135/145 and Legacy 600/650.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, engines systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong knowledge of ATA chapters, troubleshooting, and practical maintenance procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within a team environment.
• A commitment to maintaining safety standards in all maintenance activities.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 32 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights

Work Location: On the road
