Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Handle guest payments and billing accurately
- Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely manner
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services, front desk, or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality management or related field experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial for guest relations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.50 per hour
