Duties
- Perform night audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
- Manage front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries.
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to guest needs and resolving any issues that arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions using hotel management software.
- Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring access points and responding to emergencies as needed.
- Assist with phone systems, including answering calls and directing them appropriately while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
