We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician in Providence, RI to take charge of the upkeep and enhancement of our community spaces, from rental units and common areas to grounds and parking lots.
Hourly rate : $17-22 per hour
Shift : 8-hour shift, M-F & on-call. You will follow a set schedule pattern, with any changes communicated by your supervisor. Flexibility and adaptability are needed.

As a Maintenance Technician you will :

Experience Required for Your Success
High school diploma or GED required; CAMT certification is a plus
1-3 years of relevant experience with general knowledge in electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC
Strong communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to professionalism and respect for our residents
Flexibility to handle after-hours maintenance calls and participate in the on-call rotation
Salary : $17 - $22
