Maintenance Technician
JOB PURPOSE: Under general supervision, performs a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
- Experience in building maintenance Required.
- Strong ability to set priorities and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Painting experience helpful
- Building repair knowledge
- Minor plumbing/electrical
